I recommend you to differentiate blade's weight by controlling filling density
(oneside blade must be heavier)

Flat face(inner face of axe) should be even, so I recommend you to face it up

And if your axe doesn't work,
Ex) It doesn't split while spinning, It's too lose so two blades are separating

then add rubber band on ring beside blade 2 and adjust position of rubber band while it works well
