Spool 75mm

Redesigned the printable spool to work with cardboard rolls with an inside diameter of 75mm like those from Force Tracer. I had a role of their PLA-CF I went to transfer to a normal reusable spool, and their role's inside diameter was too small. With these adjustments, the spool now fits and I'm back to printing.
