Spool Base for PLA Dry Storage Bin

I made this because I wanted a dry box where the filament came through the base, not the container. This lets me leave my containers unmarred, lets me run the filament with the box off if I want, and makes changing filament spools much easier.

(Note, this is not a tight fit but it apparently doesn't need to be. Without desiccant it held it's humidity has my house went +/- 10% humidity all day.)
