Spool Bearing

Printable Bearing for Polymaker and Overture Cardboard rolls. 1KG roll or 3KG roll.

My setup used commonly available US plumbing pipes that hang above my printer. They are about .84” OD.

the cardboard rolls drag a bit and cause inconsistent PLA delivery. This is meant to make filament roll action easier.

I left some play and made the ID of this bearing .875” or 7/8”. You may want to tighten this up in your version.

The OD of the bearing fits the Polymaker and Overture cardboard roll and any other with a 2.15 ID (54mm).

Print 2 for each side. I use 4 shells and 10%infill. I use supports for the wings (for taping the bearing to the cardboard. You decide if you need that)
