My newest spool bearing for 2020-based printers. Uses one M5x10 screw & T-nut & 19 6mm balls (Airsoft pellets).
ASSEMBLY
----------------
1. Place jig with flat side down.
2. Put hub on jig with the groove on the bottom.
3. Lower the small half of the bearing over the hub with the hooks facing upward.
4. Insert nineteen (19) 6mm balls into the groove.
5. Taking care to align the hooks on the smaller half with the holes in the larger half, lower the large bearing half over the hub & snap it in place.
If disassembly is desired, insert a toothpick or similar object into the holes in the ends to release the hooks.
