Spool Center Vent

I like to use the desiccant holders that sit in the center hole of spools. In particular, I like the " High Air Flow Desiccant Holder for Spools” at https://makerworld.com/en/models/641332-high-air-flow-desiccant-holder-for-spools#profileId-567300 because they have a lot of surface area for the desiccant. But I am getting tired of removing the holders from the spool every time I store my spools in vacuum bags, because once I pull a vacuum on the bags, the desiccant holder is essentially isolated from the filament, therefore doing no good. After a little experimentation, I found that I could create a channel to allow the air to flow up the side of the spool and be able to keep the filament dry, not just drying the center of the spool. Thus, was born my “Spool Center Vent”. It allows an exchange of humidity between the desiccant and the filament.
