Spool Holder Bushing

I got tired of adjusting my spool holder on my Formbot Raptor 2 when changing between different sized spools of filament so I designed these bushing to replace the 8 bearings Formbot uses.

This design still uses 6 of the bearings but no more frequent adjustments.

There are two different capacities that the bushings will hold. I designed one size for 1Kg spools and another size for 5 Kg spools. Not sure I would put a 5 Kg spools uptop of a printer, but someone requeted the ability to put a 5 Kg spool up there.

You will need additional hardware to mount the spool holder bushings.

For 1 Kg spools you will need:

2 x M8 x 100 mm threaded rod
4 x M8 nuts
4 x M8 washers

For the 5 Kg spools you will need:

2 x M8 x 200 mm threadded rods
4 x M8 nuts
4 x M8 washers
