Makes
I made this to use multiple spools side by side.
If you use this, you can send out the filament smoothly.
The usable outer diameter of the spool is 200mm or more.
Used when using multiple filaments side by side.
Things to prepare
・ M4 × 15mm screw, washer and nut. - Uses two sets per unit with a single holder.
・ M4 × 25mm screw, washer and nut. - Uses two sets per unit with a double holder.
・ Bearing 608, use two each for a single holder and four each for a double holder.
How to make
1. Output with a 3D printer.
Bearing_Cover_608 is equal to the number of bearings used. Spool_Holder_S is usually two. Spool_Holder_W is the number of filament reels used minus one. (For example, if you have 4 reels, make 4-1 = 3)
I recommend the material is durable, for example polycarbonate.
2. Attach Bearing_Cover_608 to the bearing.
Tap lightly with a plastic hammer.
3. Attach the bearing to the holder body and fix with screws.
For Spool_Holder_S, insert a 15mm long s
