Spool organizer for small items

I designed a small filament spool case for 4 boxes. I did this on the basis of a 3dPlast coil with an outer diameter of 198mm. For accurate marking, I made a marking tool for horizontal and vertical synchronization of holes, but due to the fact that I do not have a drilling machine, I still drilled crookedly.
I also added a small latch to close the box, but most likely it will not be useful, since the force of movement is regulated by the level of tightening of the screw at the top and bottom of the reel.
I think that I need to increase the gap between the axle into which the nut is inserted and the box, since I had to grind the axle to insert it inside the hole. I used an M3 nut and screws to secure the axles.
