Spool Rack 19MM rod Stackable

Stackable frame for spool storage.I found some 19mm rods that were going to be thrown out, you can easily change the diameter to fit whatever rod you have with just a negative cylinder. I've stacked this design up to 3 levels without any problems, I assume you can go higher. Caster bases are a work in progress but will be up shortly as are horizontal sleeves to cover where the pieces stack.
