Spool terrain: Tower base

A 15cm (little under 6 inches) tall tower base to turn your [storage tank](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5794598) or other spool terrain into high ground. With a door and the suggestion of an elevator shaft, this can be used to turn the storage tank into a prison, medical lab, command center...anything that requires limited access.
Design is quite plain to make it easier to slot into whatever your scifi setting is - shouldn't look too out of place whether you're doing 40k, Necromunda, Infinity, Judge Dredd, Stargrave, Star Wars Legion, Five Parsecs from Home...just greeble to your heart's content!
The second file added is a simple connector piece so you don't have to glue the tower into a spool. Just slot one end of the connector into the tower and the other end in the spool's central hole.
