Spooler axis that does not require an adapter-disk

A little remix for the excellent work by Miklos Kiszely A version of the spooler axis that does not require an adapter-disk. Supported spooler size from 40mm - 60mm The distance to the filament guide changes depending on the size of the spool, so i had to give the filament guide holder little more space to move. Update (v2) I have adjusted the thread. It happened that the thread broke quickly because the conical angle was too acute. It is now closer to the original (same size and angle). Update (v3) The axis is now split into two parts. This makes it easier to print. Enjoy
