These are parts of a Spool holder for ANET A8 (might work on other similar machines).
The Struts sit on 8mm acrylic frame and the holder hubs fit in 57mm Spool hub.
A 4-10 mm shaft (not included in the files) is required to support the spool.
Source in Solid Edge included (customizable).
