This is a spoolholder made with Freecad.
The available STL can Handle Spools from 25mm to 80mm inner diameter. it is designed to be slim and not use too much filament.
It is made to fit two 608zz ball bearings and an m8 rod to put through.
In freecad is a spreadsheet called DAT, which holds the values for size related values.
IMPORTANT! The Values are labelled mm but they are not the actual radius, please measure for yourself if you want to adapt this piece!
My make:
The holes fitted perfectly, I was able to push and slightly hammer the ball bearings in and they stuck very nicely.
As an example I have uploaded three examples of rolls, the green mid sized one (around 50mm), the Red big sized one (around 65mm) and the blue very small one (around 25mm). All of them hold very good, just watch to not overtighten the nuts.
