Spoooooky eyebulbs

So I love to torment my neighbours, and we live fairly rural so I stuck a good number of these out on the long stretch of road that doesn't have any street lights or light pollution from the city.
I've cut the reflective stickers by hand and I've recently started using a silhouette to cut them which is a lot easier...Just 3m tape works great!

Just a thumbtack holds it in place!

I've included a file for cutting the eyes on a 2" vinyl strip, it's a silhouette file so if that's useful to you, there it is!
