Used soft PLA
Printed brim @ 30% infill with 4,3,0,0 layers
Printed bands @ 30% infill with 3,3,0,0 layers

Can change % infill, scale or add a solid layer. Reduced speed to 20% when printing the studs

I started with a clean glass bed, put on a coat of auto wax and scrapped the excess
off with a razor blade. Used HD hair spray on top of the wax for a nice clean print with easy release on large flat prints.

Crazy glue at brim corners & band ends will help hold parts down when printing if necessary. Cross hatch design comes from rectilinear infill with no top or bottom layer.

Can form brim in HOT water. Planning on adding felt to the inside of the brim band.

Can print with TPU for more flexibility. Will require more clean up.
