Lost the plastic cap thing on my 2-bike Sportsrack so I made one. Press fit. Printed at 0.2mm with PLA and 10% infill. You could scale it if it fits too tight or loose. Might wanna print with a higher temp filament like ABS to prevent warping or melting in the sun.
