I really liked Depronized's design of a Source4 PAR stage spotlight, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2051738, but I wanted the stronger process of gluing the front to the back of the spotlight. So I added a screw mount to the back end, and a handy threaded screw unit which can accept a standard ultrabright 10mm LED. This lengthens the entire unit, so I added an extended mounting bracket as well. The result is a spotlight which can use conventional 10mm LEDs and which allows easy replacement of the 10mm LEDs.
With a current limiting resistor the LED can be powered off a standard 5V USB power cable.
Being able to replace the LED means being able to easily change the color, without needing complex electronics to control a RGB LED. And sometimes a LED just burns out early.
UPDATE: For powering the entire light as a standalone light, a simple solution is gluing skriver's Compact LED Light for CR2032, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:525799, to the back end of the screw un
