Spray boom nozzle

I broke a tip on my northstar tank sprayer, and needed a quick fix to get back going the same day. This tip works fairly well. Printing horizontally makes the smoothest fan deflector. I used tree supports just touching the buildplate & 99% infill in PLA worked fine. You may need to clean the hole out with a 1.5mm/1/16' drill bit. sanding the layer lines off of the fan deflector will also help.
