The fit doesn't need to be tight, you should be able to get the bushing onto the crossbar without using force. For PLA on my K1C, SpressoGoRound-CrossBar36.stl works best. 1x SpressoGoRound-FrameBack.stl has a single bridging layer to support the counterbored holes - I just punched through this with the screws provided, but if you are printing out of a really tough material you might need to use a drill or screwdriver to clear the bridging layer.
