Spring-Assisted Clamp Alignment for Brompton

This 3D-printed spring-assisted clamp component is designed to make the opening of the Brompton bike’s folding mechanism smoother and to ensure proper alignment. The design is compatible with the 2024 P-line Brompton model and was inspired by existing concepts from Thingiverse https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4519044 and EZClamp https://ezclamp.co.uk/. However, this model was completely redesigned from scratch to improve functionality and fit for newer Brompton models. Ideal for Brompton owners seeking a more efficient and stable closure system.I used the new bambulab TPU for AMS in white. Printed with tree supports.
