Springfield Hellcat Optic Plate Adapter

This is an optic plate adapter for a Springfield Hellcat. It changes your optic footprint from Shield RMS to RMR. The edges were designed to fit flush with a Holosun 507C X2 but should fit any other RMR footprint optics.

I adjusted the red dot all the way up and got it to be sighted in at 7 yards but you may be able to get closer with another red dot. I plan on trying to make a shorter or angled mount to counteract this issue.

I racked the slide with the optic and even pretty violently with the edge of a table. It held up fine and still held zero after a couple hundred rounds.

You can use your screws from the optic plate cover to mount the adapter to the gun. You will then need 2 M3x10 bolts and nuts to mount the optic to the adapter.

Edit: Added 'Hellcat RMR Adapter V3' to give a 1 degree angle down to allow for sighting in at close ranges.
