A compliant steering mechanism for racing kayaks that auto centers, and gives greater responsiveness than a regular tiller.

Benefits
1) Full turn of rudder without having to move a foot out of the way - full turn in roughly 1 inch of travel.
2) Auto-centering means steering bar stays in the centre even during portage, so less likelihood of having the steering stuck to one side (saves a couple of seconds during portage).
3) Weight reduction compared to full tiller assembly.

V0.2 - have separated the design into separate brackets for attaching (the thin connector between the brackets is for obtaining the correct spacing on installation). Also separated the steering rod so it can be longer.

V0.6 - Multiple updates to reduce friction, increase the spring tension, separate the cable into two separate cable wires for left and right, and increase the durability and ergonomics of the steering rod.
