Sprite Pro Dial Indicator Holder

This is a remix from Wickedfox1's Dial Indicator Holder for an Ender 3 S1. This should fit any sprite pro type direct drive extruder and it also has clearance around the CrTouch.

My dial indicator is harbor freight brand and has a different mount on the backside than the original, so I needed a new way to attach this to my sprite pro extruder.
