Spur Gear Differential

This is a model of a spur gear differential designed for 3D printing. It is used for example in the Porsche Taycan front axle.

The two sun gears have the same number of teeth, one is extremly positiv shifted and the other one is extremly negativ shifted. For this reason one is more then one tooth height bigger then the other one.Therefor the "Planetary Gear_1" doesn`t interlock with the "Sun Gear_2"

The Files "Carrier without Support" and "Stand_1 without Support" have a 0.2mm layer at the overhanging holes, so that no support is needed. You only have to clean out the holes after printing.
