I was faced with a challenge when a SpyPoint Trail camera took a tumble, breaking its housing and leaving its sensitive insides exposed to the elements. The owner came to me for help, and I couldn't resist taking on the task. I set out to create a protective housing that could keep the camera safe from rain and dirt. To address this, I decided to cover the antenna hole to safeguard against rain, as the owner will just come and pickup the memory card physically instead. While it may not be a perfect replica, my 3D printed housing should get the Trail camera back in action without the need to purchase a new one.
