Square D5 Pump Top

A D5 pump top for water cooling. Made with Fusion 360 and an original Laing D5 top as a reference. Uses M5 screws to attach the top (12mm long worked well) and original Laing O-ring to make the seal.

Tried to 3D print with Anycubic i3 Mega but leaked massively when tested. Printed with only 0.8mm wall thickness though. An older version with 1.2mm walls leaked a lot less, so maybe you can make this work by tuning print settings.

So if you have interest in tinkering with print settings or, better yet, an SLA printer, feel free to try it out and give feedback. I'm sure that a lot of tweaking can still be done with the tolerances.
