Square Draft Tower for Ice Cube Cooler

This is a square draft tower I designed to convert an igloo ice cube cooler into a portable kegerator/jockey box. I fit a 2.5 gallon corny ket in the cooler and surround it with ice. The tower is inserted through a hole cut through the lid and screwed on. The piece of plastic you see inside the cooler is a piece of big PVC as my less elegant solution for CO2 tank mounting. It supports a 20oz paintball tank. Eventually I'll design a printed part for the tank

Some notes, The bottom threaded "bolt" inserts to the square body, I was able to pressure fit mine as I had some trimming to do with a dremel sanding drum. The top cap pressure fits on. The square nut inserts and is glued into the bottom cap. That part is optional but I use it as an actual cap since I store my draft line, connectors, and tools in the tower when not in use. I printed every part at 1mm layer height except the threads. threaded portions were printed at .2mm. Lots of walls, lots of infill. Its very possible drunk peo
