This clip (or a slightly similar version of it) was missing on my Golf 7 R's rear bumper after being repaired.
I'm sure it should be applicable where panels are being fit into other square 8mm holes. The flange is square 20mm.
You need to rotate it 90 degrees so that the clip inserts print horizontally with the flatter side at the bottom - sorry, I don't know how to rotate it in Fusion 360, but is easy enough to rotate in your slicer.
I've tested these with the universal Volkswagen 25-Hex screws which are usually used for the wheel arch inner liners as I had many spare. The hole is 4.5mm in diameter and 3mm at the tip, to flare open as the screw progresses.
Should also work with other similar 4-5mm self-tapping screws.
NB print with at least 5 outer layers in your slicer as this would provide the linear strength of the legs - even though the slicer won't adequately slice 5 lines everywhere, you need the legs' plastic to be continuously extruded to the flange.
