Unlike the usual round scone cutters, here is a square cutter. Why a square. Well, there are rumours that a nice scone can be baked in an air-fryer. Now air-flyers are quite small, so i want to pack more scones into the oven basket - thus a square shape was called for. And that is the reason for this square (55mm) cutter. It has a nice sharp cutting edge - so its pretty obvious that edge prints upwards.
