My version of a Squat Wedge for exercise/fitness.
Example STL files attached are for rounded-edge and chamfered-edge versions, both with dimensions of 210mm long x 150mm wide x 50mm height at back and 10mm height at front (mainly to avoid breaking off which it might do if it was too thin).
SCAD file attached for your own size customization.
[Updated 3/5/26 to add a 70mm height version.]
