I play games on my phone, and I have developing carpal tunnel. I printed the linked design, gave it an honest try for a weekend and found it to feel nice in the palm, however in addition to accidentally breaking it I took this opportunity to make a few tweaks.

The original design dimensions were unaltered - it has an unstretched clamping space of about 155mm. The real modifications were to accommodate a more secure grip onto my Pixel 6 phone while it remains within its rugged (Spigen) case. The "ears" were added to help secure my device against the grip while under spring tension to avoid getting popped-out. This grip can probably fit others phones just as well, as my wife could fit her cased Samsung S21 securely in the grips with no problem.
