Keep your telescopic mast's cap secured when collapsed.
Designed a Haverford telescopic pole, but suitable for any mast with an outside diameter of 34 mm, this allows you to secure the cap to the body with shock cord.
If you glue the cap retainer to the cap, it will also stop the cap getting lost when the mast is deployed.
