SRAM DUB Crankcap Tool

Tired of scratching my Crankarm every time I tried to tighten the cap, using makeshift tools, I decided I needed something a bit more purpose built. Remember this component is left hand threaded, so must be turned anti-clockwise to tighten it.

I am normally a fan of buying proper tools, but this tool is only needed for a single application, only for once a year or less. I used an existing 2.5mm Allen key tool that I already had to provide the pin. This tool works fine with either one pin or many. Naturally this model was quickly thrown together and can always be improved (maybe using a shaft to align with the 8mm Allen Key crank).

This works with my Road bike and MTB cranks.

I printed and used it with PLA, but will be changing over to ABS or equivalent later.
