Stack‑On DC-Series Storage Drawer Replacement

I found this vintage Stack‑On steel drawer cabinet at the Re‑Store and couldn’t resist it. The unit has plenty of character, but it was missing one drawer—so I decided to design a replacement. Since Stack‑On stopped producing this style back in the 1990s, original replacements simply don’t exist anymore. For the redesign, I strengthened the front pull handle because it’s the area most likely to experience stress, and I thickened the bottom panel for added durability. I’m including two versions of the drawer:Version A: Includes wear bars on the bottom, just like the original. This is the better option if you plan to store heavy items or access the drawer frequently.Version B: A flat‑bottom version that’s easier to print and requires fewer supports.I chose not to include removable dividers. With a standard 0.4 mm nozzle, the tolerances for divider channels are too inconsistent to guarantee a good fit. If you want internal dividers, you can add permanent ones directly in your slicer using
