Hi all,
This is my first upload. It's a fully parametric, stackable, small parts organiser. You can use the STACKABLE PARAMETRIC SMALL PARTS ORGANISER v2.f3d file to modify the parameters and therefore the dimensions of the tray and the boxes inside it which you can then export as .step or .stl files to print.
The default settings are for a tray with internal dimensions of 200mm x 150mm x 35mm. It has 4 rows and 8 columns of boxes.
TrayX, TrayY, and TrayZ determine the inside dimensions of the tray. The tray will update in size when you change these parameters.
NumBoxesX and NumBoxesY determine the number of rows and columns for calculating the box sizes. The parameters take the internal dimensions and divide them by these values to determine a value for 1 unit in both the rows and columns.
ModifierX and ModifierY is just a whole number which is used to multiply the unit dimensions calculated above for how many rows and columns the box fills.
