Simple, in many ways, stackable people.
I CNC this (with my little helper) from 20mm thick balsa wood. You can make 10 pieces out of a 10cm x 100cm balsa plank.
Super light, but strong.
You can of course also easily extrude this and 3D print it, might only take much longer then CNC
