A 2 parts spool design for Kite ropes, that can be used stacked up. Design to be installed on a 32mm/1"1/4 OD PVC pipe and with a piece of tube or all thread for securing them together and an handle for quick reeling. UPDATE: added a reel handle to be used with a M6 screw and a couple of washer for easy spinning. Just use a M6 tap in one of the reel hole + a bit of glue / thread lock to retain the screw in place.

For the reel axis: Just cut a short piece of PVC pipe, one hand, glue one union (doesn't need to be long, just enough to hold the spools), other end, force one union or glue up to you if you need an eventual de-assembly and then another short section of pipe to use as handle for your other hand.

Each reel just need to be glued together. UPDATE: just need to force them together with a rubber mallet!

I added a tip inside the reel for attaching the rope for easy spooling

I'll use it to spool nicely my kite four ropes that are always getting tangled...

Enjoy!
