The Stackwood Palisade was devised by frontier engineers who needed a wall they could raise overnight from whatever timber the forest surrendered. Each course of squared logs locks into the next, forming a dense barrier that shrugs off arrows and claws yet can be split apart into separate blocks and rebuilt wherever the warfront moves.
