The blue material is Filaflex because it considerably increases the slip resistance

one piece needs support (sorry)

source file is solidwork 2015, there are two variables for thickness (2.4) and the clearance (0.4)

Materials :
1 M6-14 hex screw + nut
1 M4-30 hex screw + nut
3 M4-16 hex screw + nut
4 M3-20 conical screw + nut
5 screws
2 clamp springs
