Stand case for COB light

I need a handy light to light up my hands when lock my bike with chane-lock.
When working on my knees in the dark,
it is convenient to have a moderately inclined one so as not to be dazzling.
However, I couldn't find anything affordable in EC market.
Using CB of a cheap pocket light in my tool box, try to make.

thing's feature
- rain-drop proof
- five degrees bowed design (no dazzling)
- replaceable magnet base even if it gets dirty on dusty ground
- without protrusions (can put in my pocket)
