Stand for Mac Mini and Mac Studio

This remix is heavily inspired by a [product on Etsy](https://tidd.ly/3xRRWb4) so I modified the original thing to look more or less like it.

Since I plan to put a tiny SSD drive below the Mac Mini I made an alternative version with a hole large enough to pass an USB cable through.

Both designs are also available in a slightly taller (20mm vs 16mm) variant.

Bed adhesion can be problematic, print with a brim if you have problems. Also consider using support when printing one of the cable options. Support is not required for the other holes.
