Standard Servo Linear Actuator

This design is meant to be easily printed and assembled. It is a first draft, I intend to keep working on it and improve the design. The travel is just over 1.5"

I printed it in polypropylene for it's wear resistance, but PLA should work fine as well.

V2is on the way, and it will have double the travel!

What you will need:

1 standard servo
6 #6 x 0.5" panhead screws
3 #6 x 0.25" panhead screws
Glue(optional)
Lubricating grease(optional)
