Star Trek Badge

This was part of my Halloween costume in 2015. I was unhappy with the available choices in badges so I designed my own that is removable, so that I would still have a use-able sweater after Halloween. I printed white (pla) then painted it black.
Cyanoacrylate (superglue) is my personal choice in glue, but you can probably use whatever you'd like. Make sure you don't let any glue get through the holes of the back-plate.
After your night of costumed-fun, simply cut the threads from the underside of your garment to remove the badge.
