**Communicator Holster from Star Trek: Beyond**
Sand the pieces.
Prime and paint.
Repeat as necessary.....
Glue the clamp between the small marks.
For better adhesion do not paint the back of the clamp and the space between the marks or sand/scratch those zones before glue them.
Use the pattern to create an inner lining (you can use thin craft/eva foam), trim the excess, and glue it inside.
