“May The Force Be With You”

The iconic movie series, Star Wars, has been part of popular culture now for 45 year. Movies, TV series, Animated Series, Toys, Books and Merchandise; there are a multitude of ways to experience being a Star Wars fan.

I myself am a Star Wars nut and have been since I queued for 2 hours to see Episode IV at my local cinema in 1977. I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve watched that movie now (it’s way over 100) and I’ve amassed a vast collection of merch and related items over the years.

Once I got into 3D printing it was only natural that I’d print Star Wars stuff but usually other peoples’ designs. I’m just getting into trying a few of my own now and thought I’d do something a bit different than things I could buy.
