Starlink v2 pipe adapter - customizable

Simple customizable pipe adapter for Starlink v2 (square dish). Recommend pairing with a 1.5" pipe (with inside diameter of at least 36.5mm or 1-7/16" or 1.4375"), but can be sized to your needs.

The only variable you should have to modify is outside_diameter (which represents the outside diameter of the adapter, which should be equal to or slightly smaller than the inside diameter of the larger pipe).
