Starlord Boot Rocket

My take on another great take! Over on the RPF a member by the name of xMENNENx drafted up a stunning model of this in 2014 but unfortunatly all the file links are dead and he has vanished.

So I set out rebuilding it from scratch using his as refrence and adding some interesting bits and bobs.

This version allows you to detatch the main rockets from the baseplate at will using a dovetail slot and some small magnets to keep it firmly in place. Holes are premade in the backplate to accomodate chicago screws to allow for dependable performance but easy removeability.

This was designed with resin printing in mind. There are plenty of very small details that may be lost in FDM but I would love to see your results.

Edit: Fixed the backplate to correct floating artifacts and allow better tolerances for the dovetail.
