To start, place your seeds on cotton on the seed holder, water and then close the greenhouse and finally leave several days in the sun to get the seeds away. Successfully tried on seeds: orange, lychee, apple, pepper, lemon, tangerine. Failed with dates so far. Don't hesitate to leave the seeds in a glass of water for a day before putting them in a greenhouse. It takes between 1 and 3 weeks for the seeds to leave.
