Steering system for wheeled robot

This one's been sitting on my desk for a while now, and it doesn't look like I'm going to be able to incorporate it into anything in the near future, so I thought I would share it in case it is helpful to anyone else in its current form.

I've included GregFrost's excellent gear generating SCAD so you don't have to download it separately.
